A growing and prestigious Complex Commercial and Bankruptcy Litigation law firm in Miami is hiring an Associate Attorney to join their bankruptcy and insolvency team.
Duties and Requirements:
- 2+ years of trustee/creditors bankruptcy and business law experience
- Understanding of state, federal, and various Bankruptcy Court processes and procedures
- Experience handling corporate restructuring/insolvency, investigatory auditing, forensic accounting, heavy legal research, and e-discovery.
- Handle Adversary pleadings, motion practice, and other complex disputes
- Assist with other non-bankruptcy alternatives
- Trustee, fiduciary, or receivership representation
** Must have a current and in good standing Florida Bar License **
