AVP, Investor Reporting
Location: Addison, TX (Hybrid)
Compensation : $110,000–120,000 base + bonus

Great opportunity to join a growing financial services platform as the AVP of Investor Reporting. This is a highly visible position, responsible for delivering accurate and timely reporting to institutional investors, managing performance metrics, and leading critical process improvements across the platform.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the investor reporting team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Oversee custodial account reconciliation, exception management, and reporting timelines
- Track and manage Agreements and KPIs to ensure operational accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and internal stakeholders to review contracts and implement investor pricing/reporting requirements
- Drive strategic initiatives to streamline processes, implement new systems, and enhance reporting capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in investor reporting, accounting, or financial operations
- Experience leading teams within a fast-paced financial services environment
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage competing deadlines, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
