Role: Mechanical Claims Analyst / Automotive Technician

Location: (Remote) Phoenix, AZ (2 weeks onsite training at Phoenix, AZ required)

Duration: 6+ Month Contract to Hire

We’re seeking experienced automotive professionals to transition from the shop floor to an office-based claims analyst role. You’ll use your vehicle repair expertise to evaluate and process mechanical claims, communicate with customers and repair facilities, and ensure accurate, fair resolutions.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process mechanical claims with accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate with customers, repair shops, and other stakeholders via phone/email
• Explain technical repairs in simple terms to non-technical customers
• Maintain detailed claim records in company systems
• Uphold company standards for fairness, honesty, and service quality

Requirements:

• 3+ years as an automotive mechanic or in a similar mechanical role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with MS Office and comfortable navigating multiple systems
• Local to Deerfield Beach, FL with ability to work hybrid schedule
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, ASE certification a plus
