Examples include ticket seller, ticket taker, scorekeeper, score clock operator, announcer, official for individual track and field events, crowd supervisor, field attendant, event manager, etc. Individuals hired to perform event staff duties will be placed in a role that matches their skills and experience, with training provided as needed. Responsibilities Manage ticket sales and entry procedures Operate scorekeeping equipment and score clocks Serve as announcer or event official for track and field events Supervise crowd and ensure safety Assist in field maintenance and event operations Coordinate with athletic staff and event managers Benefits Eligibility Guest employees are eligible to enroll in the comprehensive benefits package after working 630 hours in a school year.
