As Associate General Counsel, Commercial and Corporate, you will be a strategic leader helping scale the company’s legal and contracting operations during a period of transformative growth. What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a strategic legal advisor to executive leadership on commercial contracts and corporate governance
  • Build and lead a high-performing commercial legal team
  • Create and manage scalable legal processes for contracting with payers, providers, and strategic partners
  • Design templates, negotiation playbooks, and approval workflows to support rapid expansion
  • Lead contract lifecycle management and risk mitigation strategies
  • Navigate complex, multi-state regulatory frameworks with creativity and precision
  • Partner with business teams to enable growth while ensuring compliance

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of legal experience, with significant in-house leadership in commercial contracting
  • Deep expertise in healthcare payer/provider agreements and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven track record scaling legal functions in high-growth or healthcare tech environments
  • Strong grasp of MSO structures, provider networks, and healthcare corporate design
  • Effective communicator and cross-functional partner with executive presence
  • JD from an accredited law school; active bar membership and eligibility to register as NY in-house counsel

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $204,000 – $300,000
