What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support M&A, private placements, joint ventures, and restructurings
• Draft and negotiate complex deal documents and governance materials
• Counsel clients on strategic business and compliance decisions
• Contribute to cross-practice initiatives within the firm
• Collaborate directly with clients, partners, and subject matter experts

About You

• Midlevel associate with large law firm experience in corporate/transactional practice
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with client-facing confidence
• Experience in fund formation or secured lending a plus
• Interest in industries like clean energy, tech, or real estate
