Assistant Principals are results-driven people managers who lead adults to achieve exceptional outcomes. They directly manage a portfolio of approximately 12–15 staff members, providing ongoing coaching and development, setting clear expectations, and holding team members accountable for excellence. They drive continuous improvement by analyzing a variety of data—academic, behavioral, operational, and cultural—to identify trends, prioritize coaching needs, and ensure progress toward campus goals.
As key campus leaders, Assistant Principals facilitate high-leverage conversations across lines of difference, build systems for accountability and follow-through, and model a relentless pursuit of excellence.
