What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle air export shipments
- Quote air export rates efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate with carriers, overseas agents, and internal teams
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with international regulations
- Handle a high volume of files with precision and attention to detail
- Deliver excellent service in a dynamic, multitasking environment
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of air export experience
- Strong working knowledge of CargoWise
- Proficient in quoting and booking LCL & FCL shipments
- Proven ability to handle high file counts and stay organized under pressure
- Exceptional multitasking and communication skills
