Administrative Assistant – Human Resources

Beverly Hills, onsite

$50,000-$60,000 + benefits

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team. This role combines general administrative duties with recruitment support, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and seamless candidate experience during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team (e.g., scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports).
  • Assist with documentation, and filing (digital and physical).
  • Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers, often across multiple time zones.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the interview process, providing timely updates and a positive experience.
  • Post job openings on internal and external platforms
  • Assist with resume screening and routing applications to appropriate stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of administrative or HR support experience; recruiting coordination experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
