At Wellworks For You, our employees are dedicated to our client's success. We are looking for an experienced Wellness Account Manager to join our team. Who are our Account Managers? Our Account Managers are responsible for delivering high-quality service and support to an assigned portfolio of clients by executing wellness program strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and developing strong, trust-based client and broker relationships. This role includes managing client communications, coordinating renewal discussions, and identifying opportunities for program growth, while ensuring overall client satisfaction and retention. They are client facing professionals who are highly organized and can handle multiple projects at a time. They enjoy working as part of a team but are motivated to complete their work on their own. This is a fully remote position. The salary for this position is $50,000-$55,000 based on industry experience, location, and skills determined in the interview process.  Why work with us? Local candidates can have the option of hybrid work in office and remote if desired.  Because you will be handling confidential client information, you must work from your home office. You cannot work in a public location.  Computer and VPN access are provided.
