A nationally recognized hospitality group (with locations in Chicago, New York, and Florida ) is opening their latest concept in Pensacola Beach — and we’re looking for passionate, energetic leaders to help bring the party to life.

This coastal-cool, high-energy venue combines live country music, big sports moments, boozy beachside cocktails, and a bold Gulf Coast-inspired menu by James Beard Honoree Sean Olnowich . Spread across three levels (including a sunset rooftop lounge and boat-up beach bar), this is Pensacola’s new go-to spot for brunch, bites, beats, and beachfront fun.

👟 Assistant General Manager (AGM)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire FOH teams to deliver 5-star service in a fast-paced, fun environment
• Oversee scheduling, training, and daily operations
• Monitor inventory, food/beverage cost, and POS reporting
• Work hand-in-hand with BOH to ensure smooth kitchen and bar execution
• Solve issues with professionalism and hustle — guest satisfaction is #1

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of management in restaurants/hospitality
• Strong POS and operational skills
• A calm head and confident leadership style
• Experience with events, brunches, and high-volume service = major bonus

💼 Floor Manager (FM)

What You’ll Do:

• Run point on daily FOH operations
• Lead floor shifts, coach service staff, and create unforgettable guest experiences
• Handle table assignments, guest flow, and high-volume crowd control
• Work closely with the AGM and GM to implement promotions, events, and seasonal updates

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of supervisory/lead server experience
• Big personality, high standards, and love for service
• Weekend and evening availability
• Leadership potential and a team-first mindset
